Creative Strategist

About the role

High Scale is seeking a Creative Strategist to bridge data, consumer psychology, and creative execution. You will turn audience research and campaign performance into high‑impact advertising concepts for top DTC, eCommerce, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and wellness brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop performance‑driven creative strategies and testing roadmaps for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other paid social platforms.
• Conduct deep audience, competitor and market research using tools such as Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center.
• Translate client objectives and insights into detailed creative briefs, scripts, and visual directions.
• Partner with Media Buyers and Account Strategists to analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, video retention) and iterate concepts to combat creative fatigue.
• Present strategies and performance insights to internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or direct‑response advertising, preferably within an agency or high‑growth consumer brand.
• Portfolio demonstrating measurable campaign results.
• Strong understanding of US consumer psychology, pain points, emotional triggers and purchasing behavior.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with data‑driven decision making.
