Senior Digital Growth & Campaign Manager

About the role

LeadLocal, a U.S.-based digital marketing agency, seeks an experienced Senior Digital Growth & Campaign Manager to independently drive and expand clients' online presence across multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and Local SEO strategies to boost search visibility, organic traffic, and lead generation.
• Manage Google Business Profiles, technical SEO, on‑page optimization, content strategies, and local search initiatives.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Design end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, including audience research, funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools to research, build, and optimize websites, landing pages, and campaign assets.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and execute solutions proactively.
• Handle multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress and results.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in a U.S.-focused agency.
• Strong expertise in SEO and Local SEO for local service businesses.
• Proven track record managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to work independently.
