Sr. Creative Strategist

About the role

High Scale is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own creative strategy for a portfolio of high‑growth consumer brands. You will translate consumer insights, performance data and business objectives into advertising campaigns that drive measurable growth across paid social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance‑driven creative strategies for DTC, eCommerce, lifestyle, beauty, fashion and wellness brands.
• Build structured creative testing frameworks, prioritize hypotheses and scale winning concepts.
• Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, video retention) and turn data into actionable creative insights.
• Conduct deep consumer and competitive research to uncover motivations, barriers and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Media Buyers, Copywriters, Producers and Editors to ensure strategic alignment and high‑quality execution.
• Mentor junior strategists and help establish best‑practice processes across the creative team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or direct‑response advertising.
• Proven track record of scaling successful campaigns for DTC or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology, direct‑response principles and performance metrics.
• Experience working in a performance‑marketing or creative agency environment is strongly preferred.
