Program Intern, e-Commerce Coordinator

About the role

Pilot Company is looking for a motivated student to join its corporate headquarters in Knoxville as a Program Intern, e-Commerce Coordinator for the summer of 2027. The intern will help optimize digital customer journeys across the company’s websites and third‑party platforms such as DoorDash and Uber.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver weekly performance reports for third‑party platforms and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with third‑party vendors to boost sales and point‑of‑purchase elements.
• Monitor daily operations on digital platforms, respond to guest feedback, and support store assistance.
• Assist with strategic projects, including third‑party launches, website creation, and operational alignment across portals and internal resources.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities and a working knowledge of third‑party systems.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving skills, and high emotional intelligence.
• Passionate, driven, and able to work well within a team environment.
• Previous food‑service experience, especially in quick‑service or casual dining, is preferred.
• Highly organized, capable of multitasking and hitting the ground running.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
