Access Training Coordinator – Patient Contact Center

About the role

The Access Training Coordinator supports the Patient Contact Center by developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for staff across all shifts. This role ensures that team members are equipped with current access and scheduling practices to provide exceptional patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, develop, and update training materials and modules for departmental meetings and new hires.
• Conduct training sessions, track participation, and evaluate effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational personnel to incorporate the latest scheduling practices into training.
• Maintain training schedules, internal reporting tools, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in training, education, or patient access environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information professionally.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Computer literacy with Windows operating systems and data‑entry applications.
