About the role

Prep Academy Tutors is seeking enthusiastic educators to provide personalized academic support to K‑12 students in Florida, both in‑home and online. You will create customized learning plans that foster deep understanding and help students achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tutoring aligned with the Florida curriculum across all subjects.
• Develop individualized learning plans that emphasize comprehension over memorization.
• Provide remedial assistance and enrichment challenges as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with parents about progress, challenges, and achievements.

Required profile

• Current, valid registration with the Florida Department of Education or a qualified U.S. teacher (or teacher‑candidate) pursuing certification.
