Lead Learning Experience Designer

About the role

AT&T is seeking a Lead Learning Experience Designer to partner with business leaders, subject‑matter experts, and stakeholders to create high‑impact, learner‑centered solutions that drive capability and performance across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop blended learning curricula, e‑learning modules, storyboards, facilitator guides, assessments, job aids and performance‑support tools.
• Ensure learning experiences are accessible, user‑friendly and aligned with on‑the‑job application.
• Prototype, test, evaluate and refine solutions using learner feedback, stakeholder input and performance data.
• Manage multiple projects, deliverables and timelines while adhering to enterprise standards and instructional design best practices.
• Provide thought leadership and mentor less‑experienced team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design or talent development.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into engaging learning experiences.
• Experience developing enterprise learning solutions from concept through implementation.

Required skills

• Design of blended learning solutions across multiple delivery channels.
• Use of learning technologies and authoring tools (including AI‑enabled design).
• Scenario‑based learning and performance‑support design methods.
