About the role
The 2027 Investment Banking Summer Associate Program at Santander CIB begins in June 2027 and offers MBA students hands‑on experience, comprehensive training, and exposure to global investment banking activities.
Required profile
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) students graduating May/June 2028.
- 3+ years of prior work experience.
- Strong communication, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently on projects, and contribute effectively in a team.
