About the role
Santander US Corporate & Investment Banking is offering a Summer Associate Program starting in June 2027 for MBA students. Participants will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in investment banking across a global platform.
Required profile
- MBA students expected to graduate May/June 2028
- 3+ years of prior work experience
- Strong analytical, quantitative and critical‑thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to multitask, work independently and contribute in teams
- Commitment to an inclusive environment
