2026 Content Creator Fellowship – South Central Pennsylvania

About the role

Project 26 is seeking Digital Fellows to join its in‑house influencer cohort and support youth voter mobilization for Pennsylvania’s 2026 elections. The fellowship runs from late January through November 13, 2026, offering 15‑20 hours per week of paid, hybrid work.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow personal and project social‑media followings with guidance from professional strategists.
• Film and edit short‑form videos (up to 3 min) for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to mobilize and educate Gen‑Z voters.
• Create static graphics and designs that explain voting information.
• Develop regional social‑media strategies and amplify key content across statewide accounts.
• Produce and post a minimum of eight pieces of short‑form content each week.

Required profile

• Comfortable appearing on camera and delivering natural, unscripted content.
• Strong ability to synthesize current events for a young audience.
• Passion for political engagement and youth empowerment.
• Enrolled at a Pennsylvania college/university or a Pennsylvania resident.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and multitasking skills.
