About the role
Mill Creek Elementary School is seeking a dedicated 1st Grade Teacher for the 2026‑2027 school year. The position starts at 7:30 am and follows the district’s approved curriculum, providing a supportive learning environment for young learners.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver instruction based on the approved curriculum.
- Monitor, evaluate, and communicate student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and generate required reports.
- Enforce Board policies, regulations, and rules.
- Supervise students and ensure the safety of school property and materials.
Required profile
- Valid Kentucky certification appropriate for K‑5 grade level.
- Experience and preparation as required by the Board.
- Accurate completion of the online application experience section.
