About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes Enterprise Solutions Fellowship is a 12‑week remote program designed for transitioning military members. Fellows will work within Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance practice, gaining exposure to supply‑chain and technology projects while receiving structured learning and project shadowing.

Key responsibilities

Participate in client‑service activities and shadow senior consultants on supply‑chain transformation projects.
Support the development and implementation of modern logistics and risk‑management solutions for federal and other public‑sector clients.

Required profile

Active‑duty US Armed Forces member eligible for DoD SkillBridge.
Enrolled in the Hiring Our Heroes foundation and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferably 2+ years experience in supply‑chain planning, logistics modernization, or supply‑chain risk management.
