Class A CDL Driver – Regional Routes

About the role

CTI is hiring Class A CDL drivers to operate pneumatic trailers delivering bulk products such as cement, lime and fly ash to mines and aggregate sites across Arizona, New Mexico and Utah. The position offers local and regional routes with a focus on safety and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Load, transport and deliver bulk materials using pneumatic trailers.
• Perform thorough pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and adhere to FMCSA, MSHA and company safety protocols.
• Operate manual 10‑speed trucks when required and handle trailer hatches and bottom valves.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with hours‑of‑service regulations.

Required profile

• Valid Class A CDL with double/triple endorsement (tank & hazmat preferred).
• At least 23 years of age and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Minimum 1 year tractor‑trailer experience (less may be considered with training).
• Valid DOT physical and ability to pass drug and controlled‑substance tests.

Required skills

• Class A CDL qualification.
• Ability to operate a manual 10‑speed transmission (preferred).
• Knowledge of FMCSA, MSHA and DOT regulations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lb, climb ladders and work in PPE.
