Senior Coordinator – Omni Operations & Procurement Services

About the role

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a proactive Senior Coordinator to lead Omni Operations and Procurement Services. The role supports calendar planning, procurement coordination, inventory management, and financial tracking to ensure smooth project and vendor workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead Omni procurement, manage vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions, PO processing and invoice tracking.
• Maintain activation calendar, oversee inventory storage, conduct audits and flag low‑stock issues.
• Onboard and train new coordinators, share best practices and keep process documentation current.
• Track departmental spend against budget, reconcile purchase orders and invoices, and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in operations, procurement or project coordination, preferably in marketing, entertainment, gaming or tech.
• Proven ability to manage scheduling, budgeting and vendor communications across multiple projects.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
