1:1 Nurse (RN) – Home Health Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one‑on‑one care for adult and pediatric clients in the Hazleton area. You will work flexible shifts, receive weekly pay, and have access to extensive training and clinical support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care, including tracheostomy and ventilation management.
• Maintain flexible scheduling based on personal preferences and client proximity.
• Participate in paid training from day one, both in‑office and online, and practice in award‑winning simulation labs.
• Utilize electronic charting with AlayaCare and receive 24/7 clinical support by phone.
• Ensure preventive care coverage for all employees, including PRN cases.

Required profile

• Current valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Required skills

• Tracheostomy care.
• Ventilation management.
• Adult and pediatric clinical expertise.
• Proficiency with AlayaCare electronic charting system.
