Workday Supply Chain Management Senior Manager

About the role

Protiviti is hiring a Technology Consulting Senior Manager for its Workday team, based in Chicago with additional locations listed. As a Senior Manager you will partner with clients to identify and manage risk, develop strategies to solve complex business problems, build lasting client relationships and act as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also mentor teams and help them complete project work plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Workday SCM implementations, including inventory management, procurement, strategic sourcing and contract management
• Develop, maintain and update the implementation plan (data conversion, testing, requirements gathering) and lead design workshops
• Configure Workday SCM, run user testing and lead supplier master data harmonization, conversion and validation, including AI/ML tools
• Design solutions using process automation, IoT, big data, AI/ML, predictive analytics and blockchain
• Perform application control reviews and risk assessments; assess the platform in a Sarbanes-Oxley context is a plus
• Build business relationships, pursue new business and present proposals to client executives
• Lead and supervise teams, including performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Supply Chain Management, MIS, Accounting/Finance)
• 7+ years in professional services or industry
• Experience as a Workday SCM workstream lead and familiarity with Source-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management systems
• Interest in client proposals and a diverse portfolio of clients across industries

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
• Preferred: Workday Financials/Supply Chain certification or similar

What we offer

• Salary range of $137,000-$219,000, with a 14% bonus target and total cash range of $156,180-$249,660
