About the role

Infosys is seeking a Workday HCM Time Tracking Functional Consultant to join its delivery team across multiple US locations. The role focuses on configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday time‑tracking solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate sprint planning, lead meetings with technical teams and client stakeholders.
• Evaluate project deliverables and introduce new methodologies to improve outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks while embedding quality planning into workflows.
• Develop project estimates, monitor budgets and optimise resource allocation.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals and facilitate professional development.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering client‑aligned projects.
• Proven experience managing complex ERP implementations, including scope definition and progress monitoring.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to drive project economics.
