Manager, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Operations

About the role

The Manager, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Operations leads targeted projects that enable the organization to meet its talent goals. Acting as a bridge between Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and support functions, this role provides analytical insight, project oversight, and technology guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with TA and TM stakeholders to drive technology enhancements, project delivery, vendor coordination and analytics.
• Prioritize initiatives, manage timelines, and influence business partners to meet critical deadlines.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, HR Technology, Communications, Legal, Employee Relations and Procurement to ensure seamless program communication.
• Define and monitor key operational metrics for talent acquisition and management.
• Support rollout of new Workday functionality and other HR technologies, including requirements gathering and user‑acceptance testing.
• Provide training and ongoing support to recruiters and Talent Management leads on HR tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5‑7 years of relevant experience, including project management.
• Experience developing requirements, conducting user‑acceptance testing and delivering training.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, influence cross‑functional teams and make sound decisions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday and other HRIS/HR technology platforms.
