Wellness & Leisure Travel Specialist (Remote)

About the role

No Sweat Travel is seeking a creative and highly organized Wellness & Leisure Travel Specialist to join its remote client operations team. This role is designed for those with strong administrative skills, a passion for hospitality, and excellent attention to detail while managing customized travel experiences from home.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client travel requests and accurately enter booking details into internal CRM systems.
• Handle reservations for resorts, wellness packages, excursions, and transportation arrangements.
• Coordinate with hotels, resorts, hospitality suppliers, and tour operators to confirm availability, pricing, and special requests.
• Communicate with clients regarding reservation updates, itinerary details, and travel modifications.
• Maintain organized client records, booking confirmations, and travel documentation.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent (must be at least 18 years of age).
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, or client account coordination.
• Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and dedicated home office workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively.
