About the role

The Lead Line Cook will oversee food production and quality control across multiple kitchen stations at the Wrigley Mansion property. This full‑time position requires flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare sauté dishes to order, following restaurant recipes and plating guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency of all menu items, inspect and select high‑quality ingredients, and ensure proper storage and rotation of food products.
  • Keep refrigeration equipment and work areas clean and compliant with health regulations.
  • Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and accurately follow recipes using math skills.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school graduate preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in a fast‑paced, upscale kitchen, preferably in a hotel or resort.
  • Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

  • Grill and sauté cooking techniques.
  • Food safety knowledge, including Maricopa County Food Handler Card.
