About the role
The Server Assistant supports the service team at the Wrigley Mansion property by preparing tables, assisting servers, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Set and prepare tables, fold napkins, place tableware, and serve water.
- Assist servers with beverage and bread service, stock and maintain food stations, and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and follow hotel policies and sidework duties.
Required profile
- Prior food and beverage experience (preferred).
- Customer service background (preferred).
- Experience in luxury or upscale dining environments (preferred).
