Housekeeper (Lease Up) – Ten & Green

About the role

The Housekeeper (Lease Up) ensures cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, leasing office, and community amenities to keep the property market‑ready and appealing to prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to maintain market‑ready appeal.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when re‑order is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and work in confined spaces.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and respond to on‑call duties.
