About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking a Wedding & Event Inquiry Specialist to manage inbound inquiries from couples and clients, guiding conversations, answering questions, and scheduling venue tours across our properties.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  • Understand event details and recommend suitable venues.
  • Schedule and coordinate venue tours.
  • Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into appointments.
  • Log activity in CRM and manage scheduling.
  • Coordinate with venue sales teams.

Required profile

  • 1–3 years of customer service, call center, or scheduling experience.
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and scheduling tools.
  • Hospitality or event experience is a plus.
