Workshop Sales Representative – New York / New Jersey Area

About the role

As the primary contact for independent repair shops, you will promote the full Bosch Mobility Aftermarket product portfolio, build workshop loyalty and drive parts pull across the New York and New Jersey region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular in‑person visits to workshops, identify needs and support Bosch growth.
• Onboard new Workshop Partners and increase participation in loyalty programs.
• Educate workshops on Bosch product coverage, quality and purchasing pathways.
• Support field campaigns, sales blitzes, product demos and training events.
• Capture visit details, opportunities and feedback in Bosch systems and provide market intelligence.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
• Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory and maintain disciplined reporting.

Required skills

• Strong field sales and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM/reporting systems and mobile applications.
• ASE certification or demonstrated hands‑on automotive service knowledge.
