About the role
The Visiting Scientist Fellowship is a one‑year, fixed‑duration postgraduate program at Lilly that provides hands‑on experience across regulatory, policy, quality, strategy and labeling functions. Fellows are assigned to a primary department while maintaining continuous interaction with other functional areas, preparing them for a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Required profile
- PharmD, MD/DO, relevant PhD or Master’s degree; degree must be completed by June 2027 (not earlier than 2024).
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, decision‑making and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
