Vice President, Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President in Real Estate to join our New York team. The role combines hands‑on strategic work with building and leading a high‑performing communications team for luxury real‑estate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day strategic lead on real‑estate client accounts, overseeing senior account executives.
• Develop and execute integrated communications programs, including PR plans, media strategies, creative initiatives, partnerships, and event activations.
• Drive new business through networking, proposal writing, and presentations.
• Mentor and coach team members, provide training, and inspire high‑impact results.

Required profile

• 7‑8+ years of real‑estate PR experience with strong media relationships.
• Proven management experience (4‑5 years) and ability to lead with empathy.
• Comfortable working with active clients and handling crisis communications.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of the real‑estate industry and relevant media.
• Working knowledge of social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.).
