Agent Experience Manager

About the role

Sotheby’s International Realty is looking for a highly organized, client‑focused Agent Experience Manager to drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement of its proprietary Home Platform. The role is based in the East Side office in New York City and requires full‑time onsite presence.

Key responsibilities

• Promote adoption of the Home platform and adjacent services through 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group training sessions.
• Coach agents on self‑serving the platform, creating marketing materials, optimizing listings, and building buyer/seller pipelines.
• Meet targets for agent usage, session frequency, and tool diversity.
• Partner with the Onboarding team to welcome new agents and coordinate logistics.
• Answer day‑to‑day questions, troubleshoot issues, and run regular office hours for platform support.
• Collaborate with brokerage leadership, administrators, marketers, and geographic counterparts to ensure best‑in‑class support.
• Assist the Product Lead with internal migrations and third‑party vendor relationships as needed.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience in learning & development, training, sales, real estate, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• Exceptional customer‑service skills with the ability to coach agents of diverse skill levels.
• Strong presentation abilities for both small groups and larger sales meetings.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting scorecard targets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms.
