Vice President of Sales, West

About the role

Rad AI is seeking a dynamic sales leader to own the Western U.S. market, driving growth across health systems and radiology groups for its AI‑powered solutions. You will act as the regional general manager, shaping strategy, forecasting revenue, and influencing product direction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Regional Vice Presidents, setting performance expectations and ensuring quota attainment.
• Participate directly in complex sales cycles, supporting RVPs from account strategy through contract close.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Executive Leadership to align field insights with company strategy.
• Continuously assess territory coverage, recruit ahead of plan and refine sales processes for forecast accuracy.

Required profile

• 10+ years in healthcare technology sales with 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams.
• Proven success selling into hospitals, health systems or physician groups and managing long sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ and ability to work onsite four days per week in San Francisco.

Required skills

• Experience selling AI, SaaS or enterprise solutions to healthcare organizations.
• Strong knowledge of radiology, imaging IT ecosystems and existing relationships with health system executives in the West.
