Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a client‑focused approach.
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business, expanding existing accounts, and executing strategic sales plans.
• Build and maintain influential relationships across the industry, community partners, and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with National/Regional Sales, Operations, and RFP teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Salesforce as the primary sales tool to manage opportunities and track performance.
• Participate in collections, recruiting, hiring, and team development while investing in personal growth.
• Travel 20‑50% as needed, including extended stays at disaster sites; maintain a valid driver’s license.

Required profile

• Proven success driving new business and building strategic partnerships.
• Consistently meets or exceeds revenue goals through analytical, trust‑based sales approaches.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
