Vice President, North America Retail

About the role

The Vice President, North America will lead the full P&L for the US and Canadian store portfolio of a fast‑growing global retail group. Reporting to the Global Retail Director, this senior leader will shape strategy, drive profitable growth and ensure operational excellence across a dispersed network of stores while supporting the launch of additional retail brands in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North American business strategy with full P&L ownership, meeting ambitious sales, growth and profitability targets.
• Drive top‑line sales and market share through strategic merchandising, localized marketing and a relentless focus on customer experience.
• Lead all retail operations, including store performance, inventory management, labour optimisation and loss prevention.
• Mentor and motivate a high‑performing team of regional and store managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify and evaluate new store opportunities, supporting the real‑estate pipeline and store launch process.
• Act as the voice of the North American customer, providing market insight to the global leadership team.
