Traditional Labor Associate (Hybrid) – Portland or Seattle

About the role

Littler is seeking an attorney with three or more years of traditional labor law experience to join its Pacific Northwest practice. The position is hybrid and can be based in either Portland, OR or Seattle, WA, supporting collective bargaining, litigation, and arbitration matters for management clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counsel and representation in collective bargaining negotiations.
• Handle unfair labor practice litigation and related court matters.
• Lead union campaign strategies and represent clients in labor arbitrations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of traditional labor law experience, including collective bargaining and litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials and a license to practice law in Oregon or Washington.
• Openness to leveraging AI‑driven and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and client service.
