About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and manage documentation using the company’s EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular, paid case consultations and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Required profile

• Active, independent California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or equivalent) with a master’s or doctoral degree in a related field.
• Experience or strong interest in working with geriatric populations and comfort with telehealth platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Ability to document efficiently using AI‑assisted documentation tools.
