Test Automation Consultant – Charlotte, NC

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Test Automation Consultant to join its Financial Services unit in Charlotte, NC. You will work on AI‑driven digital transformation projects for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, helping to design, develop and maintain automated testing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions, capture software specifications and create process documentation.
• Develop, refine and document code for new applications using detailed design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyse results, report defects and support performance enhancements.
• Assist with integration of new software features and ensure smooth transitions within existing systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, resolve issues promptly and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies and technical solutions to enrich the team’s knowledge base.
