Temporary Merchandising Coordinator

About the role

Join Rothy’s Merchandising team as a Temporary Merchandising Coordinator, supporting accessories, footwear and kids categories. You will ensure data accuracy across product systems and manage the end‑to‑end sample process.

Key responsibilities

• Own data entry, formatting and re‑attribution across Centric PLM, Retail Flow Doc and Product Manual for all merchandise categories.
• Lead full‑portfolio data audits and scrubbing to keep systems accurate across every style and colorway.
• Support platform and system migrations by executing data updates and attribute changes.
• Manage end‑to‑end sample logistics, including receiving, organizing, tagging, archiving and recycling samples.
• Coordinate room setup, sample displays and document readiness for cross‑functional meetings.

Required profile

• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting needs.
• Collaborative teammate who builds strong relationships across functions.
• Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Required skills

• Experience with PLM systems such as Centric (preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
