Technology Project Manager – PC/LAN Support

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. (NGI) is looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects across specialties such as systems/business analysis, application development, PC/LAN support, and technical writing. The role requires strong project management expertise, a solid technical background, and the ability to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute all phases of assigned technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, scope changes, and change control.
• Communicate progress and status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in one or more technical specialties (systems analysis, application development, PC/LAN support, or technical writing).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager; PMP certification desirable.
• Strong understanding of technical issues and enterprise‑level IT environments.
