About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives across systems analysis, application development, PC/LAN support, and technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage end‑to‑end project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams, monitor progress, and adjust plans to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate requirements and issues clearly with both technical staff and business users.
Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
Minimum eight years of experience in technology project environments.
At least two years of experience as a Project Manager on complex initiatives.
PMP certification is desirable.
