Technical Talent Development Specialist

About the role

Atlas Technica seeks a Technical Talent Development Specialist to coach and develop early‑career technical talent. The role blends hands‑on IT support expertise with structured coaching to help interns become competent Systems Engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical coaching and guidance to Intern Trainees and Interns while they handle live support tickets.
• Monitor ticket activity, enforce quality standards, and give timely feedback on troubleshooting, documentation, and ownership.
• Track intern performance, contribute to graduation decisions, and identify skill gaps for continuous improvement of the internship program.
• Handle or route technical escalations, using them as coaching opportunities.
• Develop and maintain training resources, documentation, and exercises to support consistent skill development.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems engineering, or service delivery.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and practical knowledge of ticket management and escalation practices.
• Experience coaching or mentoring interns, junior engineers, or early‑career technical professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
