Technical Recruiter

About the role

Roboflow is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring for Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams. You will partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy, build high‑quality pipelines, and create candidate experiences that reflect our values.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting across technical functions, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, interview loops, and hiring strategy.
• Build and maintain pipelines through networking, referrals, and creative outreach.
• Develop structured assessment processes and evidence‑based candidate evaluation.
• Improve recruiting systems, processes, and tooling to increase quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven success recruiting technical talent in startup, SaaS, AI, or developer‑tool environments.
• Experience hiring software engineers, ML engineers, researchers, product managers, designers, or similar roles.
• Strong sourcing instincts and ability to build high‑quality candidate pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to earn trust of hiring managers.
• Operational rigor and ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining candidate communication.

• Ability to evaluate technical depth beyond résumé keywords.
• Experience with structured assessment and evidence‑based hiring decisions.

• Base compensation $110,000–$225,000 plus equity.
• $4,000/year travel stipend and $350/month productivity stipend.
