Technical Program Manager - Trucking Operations

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of its global autonomous trucking programs. You will translate high‑level autonomy deployment goals into concrete schedules, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure milestones are met for OEM customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end program milestones for strategic trucking engagements with global OEMs, building integrated schedules and tracking dependencies.
• Lead new operational launches, establishing autonomous trucking operations at new sites, lanes, and regions.
• Identify and resolve risks early, driving blockers to resolution and making trade‑offs visible to decision‑makers.
• Serve as the single source of truth on program status for internal teams and executives, translating technical details into actionable decisions.
• Collaborate directly with OEM customers and internal engineering, operations, and safety teams to align on goals and deliver first revenue miles.

Required profile

• Hands‑on execution mindset with experience managing complex technical programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of surfacing risks and driving timely resolutions.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to leadership and external partners.
