Technical Program Management Manager

About the role

The Technical Program Management Manager will lead governance and portfolio oversight for Business & Market Insights (B&MI) at Mastercard. This role ensures strategic initiatives are aligned, risks are managed, and delivery outcomes are transparent across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive governance, portfolio management, and program reporting standards across multiple initiatives.
• Provide visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and key performance metrics.
• Develop dashboards, executive communications, and reporting to support leadership decision‑making.
• Facilitate cross‑functional alignment and accountability among engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
• Identify execution risks and process‑improvement opportunities to enhance delivery effectiveness.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance reviews.
