Team CDL Truck Driver – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is hiring Class A Team Drivers to pull 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Teams operate five days on the road and enjoy two days at home each week, with a vacation week after 90 days.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and safely transport van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers on assigned routes.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, complete pre‑employment physicals, drug screens, and road tests.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least one year of verifiable Class A experience in the past three years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in three years) and age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition).
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug test, and road test; physically able to bend, lift, and stoop.
• Preferred: experience with doubles/triples, tanker, haz‑mat endorsements, LTL freight.
