Tax Innovation & Delivery Project Management Manager

About the role

As a Tax Innovation & Delivery Experience Project Management Manager within PwC's Tax practice, you will lead and coordinate multiple projects to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget. You will use strong organisational and communication skills to manage teams, stakeholders and client expectations while fostering a culture of innovation and technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management initiatives to optimise portfolios and drive strategic outcomes.
• Oversee project selection, prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure client service expectations are met.
• Apply Agile methodology and Kanban to manage delivery.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks for risk and integration management.
• Engage with stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
• Analyse system linkages to improve overall project interactions.
• Own end‑to‑end project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, execution and closure.
• Mentor team members and address conflicts or escalations as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage performance.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
