Talent Planning Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Planning Coordinator to support internal talent movement and placement activities across CGI. In this role you will assist employees in navigating internal career opportunities while ensuring that internal mobility processes align with company policies and talent management guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and employees pursuing internal opportunities.
• Create, maintain, and update job opportunities in internal talent management and applicant tracking systems.
• Track candidate progression throughout the internal placement process and keep records accurate and timely.
• Enter, maintain, and ensure the integrity of talent and candidate data across internal systems.
• Support opportunity administration, including project code assignments and employee profile maintenance.
• Coordinate background screening and compliance activities with relevant internal teams.
• Generate standard reports and provide requested information to management.
• Communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality when handling employee and candidate information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, talent management, administration, operations support, or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting diplomatically with diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
