About the role

Reveleer is seeking an SVP, AI & Data to lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of AI, machine learning, and data systems that power risk adjustment and quality programs for Medicare Advantage and value‑based care. This executive role combines technical direction with hands‑on oversight of multiple engineering and data science teams.

Key responsibilities

• Direct engineering teams extracting medical codes and quality data using OCR (Textract), Comprehend Medical, Gemini, and large language models.
• Own the internal API delivering extraction results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Guide a research team (including PhDs and an MD) advancing from model‑based extraction to retrieval‑augmented generation systems.
• Set architecture for the Azure Synapse and Microsoft Fabric data warehouse, integrating AWS SQL sources.
• Lead business intelligence reporting in Looker, embedding quality assurance.
• Oversee risk analytics for Medicare Advantage value determination.

Required profile

• Proven leadership of AI and data organizations with deep technical expertise.
• Extensive experience with production ML, large language models, OCR, and clinical NLP.
• Hands‑on knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric) and BI tools (Looker).
• Strong understanding of healthcare risk adjustment, ICD coding, and HEDIS measurement.
