Supply Chain Technician – 2nd Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Technician for the 2nd shift to process and distribute supplies and equipment across hospital departments. The role involves receiving, inspecting, stocking, and delivering medical supplies while maintaining inventory accuracy and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments, verify bill of lading and visual condition.
• Maintain supply and equipment par levels, restock, rotate, and decontaminate reusable items.
• Process and deliver special requests, maintain delivery logs, and obtain signatures.
• Perform cycle counts, end‑of‑year inventories, and general housekeeping duties.
• Organize delivery carts and ensure accurate charging of supplies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; experience in materials management or healthcare is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification required within 30 days of hire (for Warehouse District Row location).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on‑call.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
• Forklift operation.
