About the role

Under the direction of the Program Director, the Seasonal Summer Program Staff will help deliver high‑quality programming at Morgan's Camp, an ultra‑accessible camp for guests of all abilities. The role focuses on creating meaningful experiences for campers, guests, staff, and volunteers.

Key responsibilities

Lead and facilitate programming activities for campers, counselors, and volunteers.
Maintain programming areas and ensure a safe camp environment at all times.
Assist in daily operations of camp areas, including food service, housekeeping, luggage handling, and the camp store.
Obtain necessary certifications provided by the camp.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or GED preferred.
Self‑motivated with ability to work effectively across departments and with volunteers.
Experience working with special‑needs populations is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude under stress.
Willingness to live on‑site during the season.
