Strategy & Operations Senior Lead, Brand Growth
Faire · San Francisco
Job description
About the role
Faire is a technology wholesale platform connecting independent retailers worldwide. Brand Growth is one of its top objectives, and as Strategy & Operations Senior Lead you will take end-to-end ownership of the global Enterprise opportunity across North America, Europe and future markets. You will define how the company identifies, wins and grows its largest brand partners, partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, Data Science and Program Management. There are no direct reports, but you will act as a de facto leader and mentor to teammates.
Key responsibilities
- Own the global Enterprise opportunity end-to-end: set the strategy, size the opportunity and build the roadmap.
- Shape pricing strategy and other core commercial and go-to-market levers for the largest brand partners.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives with Product, Sales, Marketing, Data Science and Program Management.
- Explore and stand up new opportunities to unlock supply growth, from 1P fulfillment to deeper business development partnerships.
- Own the most important Enterprise metrics, track performance, surface insights and build scalable operational processes.
- Present Enterprise performance and strategic recommendations to leadership regularly.
- Act as a thought partner and informal mentor to other Strategy & Operations teammates.
Required profile
- 8+ years of relevant experience in an analytical and strategic role in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Consulting or Finance.
- Experience owning a strategic initiative or business area end-to-end, ideally with exposure to Enterprise, key account or B2B go-to-market motions.
- Experience with pricing strategy, global expansion or new business model development is a plus.
- Strategic problem solver who applies a first-principles approach.
- Strong communicator able to turn data-driven insights into recommendations for senior leadership.
- Collaborative, scrappy and a fast learner.
Required skills
- Advanced technical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Fluent with AI tools to accelerate analysis, research and execution.
- Ability to define KPIs, size opportunity areas and measure and report performance.
What we offer
- Pay range of $197,500 - $271,500 per year in San Francisco, plus eligibility for equity and benefits.
- Hybrid work: 3 days in the office per week, with remote work up to 4 weeks per year.
- Paid time off, recharge days, paid parental leave up to 16 weeks, comprehensive health coverage and fertility benefits.
- Mental health support, professional development stipends and an employer-sponsored retirement plan.
