Strategy Lead

About the role

Care of Chan is seeking a Strategy Lead on a project‑based contract to develop creative narratives and concepts for event clients. The role blends marketing insight with strategic planning to deliver memorable, purpose‑driven experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Generate original event narratives, themes, and campaigns aligned with client brand identity.
• Develop comprehensive creative strategies, including messaging, press, and audience‑engagement tactics to meet client KPIs.
• Ideate all guest‑experience elements such as venue, food moments, entertainment, and recommend partners.
• Research industry trends, food trends, and conduct site visits as needed.
• Create and format presentation decks for internal and client teams, incorporating feedback and ensuring consistency.
• Collaborate with Creative Lead, production, marketing, and sales to execute the vision within budget guardrails.

Required profile

• 2+ years in brand or creative marketing strategy, preferably in events, experiential or advertising.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and awareness of cultural trends.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with creative presentation tools such as Keynote, PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Portfolio showcasing PR, marketing campaigns, event concepts or brand activations.
