Strategic Operations Manager - Partnerships

About the role

Relay is building a category‑defining Partner Program to help accounting and bookkeeping professionals serve SMB clients. As Strategic Operations Manager – Partnerships you will design, launch and scale the partner sales channel, working across sales, marketing, product and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue planning for the accounting & bookkeeping channel, including quota design, territory modeling and headcount forecasting.
• Design and continuously improve the end‑to‑end sales process, enablement playbooks and pipeline management for channel reps.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide real‑time visibility into channel health, pipeline trends and revenue attainment.
• Administer CRM workflows, evaluate new tools and ensure data integrity across Salesforce, HubSpot and related systems.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, Finance, Product and Customer Success to align partner initiatives with company goals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, partner enablement, consulting or related channel‑facing roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communicator who can work cross‑functionally and translate complexity into clarity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Experience using BI/reporting tools like Metabase, Tableau or Looker.
• Familiarity with data infrastructure tools (e.g., dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake).
