About the role

As a Retail Ambassador you will represent Rothy’s on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying the brand’s values. You’ll focus on building meaningful connections, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer with best‑in‑class service, product expertise and brand presentation.
  • Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals while creating lasting customer relationships.
  • Support daily store operations such as stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Required profile

  • 18 years of age or older with a passion for service and achieving sales targets.
  • Previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred and strong communication skills.
  • Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak and non‑peak days, and ability to stand, lift up to 25 lb and use ladders safely.
